I enjoyed your article on the lack of racial diversity in Life is Strange. But the article failed to mention that Oregon is 84% white, 3.7% Asian and only 1.8% black, and most of this diversity is found in major cities. LiS happens in a small town, and it seems more realistic to have a predominantly white cast. It doesn't take place in a diverse city like New York. Do you think there should be more racial diversity even if it isn't strictly accurate based on where the game takes place?

Max has the ability to rewind time and manipulate events, thus creating alternate realities. Presumably, this isn’t currently possible in Oregon, let alone our world as we know it. I don’t imagine Dontnod was going for “accuracy” with Life Is Strange!
